Returns Policy
To return goods, please contact us at returns@bagatidy.co.uk. A returns form will be issued for you to complete, sign and return with the unwanted goods. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of any returns unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty. The Confetti Queen Co Ltd will refund the purchase price and normal postage charge. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in original packaging to:

ORDER CANCELLATION
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 recommend a return period of 7 working days, within which the consumer can return their goods without giving a reason.
Returned items must be in their original state (unused). Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to be processed. You will be obliged to pay the cost of return postage.
