Bagatidy - A tidy bag leads to tidy mind!

Due to our hectic and busy lives the term "stress" appears more frequently in the media. Most of us have some stress at some time in the day and whilst some stress is a good thing chronic stress - you guessed it, is bad for you! It can lead to poor mental and physical health.
The psychologists' view is that stress is caused by a person having to adapt to their environment and in an attempt to measure stress they came up with the 'Life Events Scale'. - i.e. what happens in your life, causes stress.

Major life events such as divorce, death and moving house caused stress and this, in turn, led to poor health.
You are probably thinking, 'Ok but what has this to do with Bagatidy?' Well the Life Events Scale was not the only thing that psychologists thought up to measure stress!

The Daily Hassles Scale - yes there is a scale that measures the hassle in your life - was developed as an alternative to stressful major life event measures. These are smaller but definitely irritating and frustrating demands that occur during everyday transactions with the environment. You know what it feels like to be in a rush and unable to find your house keys in your bag, or the mobile is ringing away in a queue and you are fumbling to locate it, you can actually feel the tension rising!

Well the psychologists have argued that the strategy of measuring hassles is "more useful than that of life events in predicting the effect on you, such as your morale, psychological symptoms and somatic illness", in other words if you can decrease the amount of hassles you have per day it is good for both your mind and body! Even something simple like being able to find your lippy in a hurry can help!

Bagatidy is excellent for organising your lifestyle. No more stress trying to locate car keys or your mobile phone when you are in a rush either to go to work of meet friends for a night out. It also has a removable light with which locating things becomes a much simpler task even on a dark night when women can often feel vulnerable. I think that Bagatidy will help women cope with the demands they often encounter due to our modern lifestyles. I think we can also safely conclude that using it to reduce those daily little hassles we all encounter will benefit health in mind and body.
